| 摘要:人工智能自1956年确立为独立的研究领域以来，先后经历过三次发展浪潮，实现了从理论到场景的应用，逐渐上升为多国的国家战略。当前在医疗领域的应用主要有9大类，分别是虚拟助手、疾病诊断与预测、医疗影像、病历/文献分析、医院管理、智能器械、新药研发、健康管理和基因。但是，在数据隐私、数据标准、医保支付、责任风险等方面还存在许多问题。在准入管理方面，美国已在数据隐私保护、缩短审批流程等方面做出了应对，并组建了专门致力于数字化医疗和人工智能技术审评的新部门。鉴于人工智能能够弥补人力资源不足、提高医疗准确性等优点，我国应在法治、监管、技术、标准等方面做好规范。 |

| Abstract:Since it was established as an independent research field in 1956, Artificial intelligence has experienced three waves of development whereby it realized the application from theory to practice, and has gradually risen to the national strategy of many countries in the world. Currently, there are 9 main types of applications in the health industry, namely, virtual assistant, disease diagnosis and prediction, medical imaging, medical records/literature analysis, hospital management, intelligent apparatus, new drug research and development, health management, and gene. However, there are still many problems in data privacy, data standards, health insurance payments, liability risks and so forth. In terms of admittance management, the United States has come to an answer to the data privacy protection, the reduction of the approval process, and set up a new department dedicated to digital medical and AI technology review. Since artificial intelligence can make up for the shortage in human resources and improve the accuracy of medical treatment, China should do well in the rule of law, supervision, technology, standards and other aspects to meet the era of artificial intelligence. |
