| 摘要:中美贸易争端不仅影响经贸领域，也将影响医药学和生物技术相关领域的学科发展、产业升级及国际合作。我国需要以我为主，创新、发展和掌握核心技术。以开放对封锁，以创新实力促进开放发展。支持国内研究机构、生产企业、临床机构将其科研成果通过申请中国和境外专利、著作权等获得保护。加紧落实中央关于科技创新工作的一系列政策和措施落地，研究协调一致的有关医药学和生物技术的科技创新政策、市场准入政策和伦理准则的建立。 |

| Study of the challenges brought by the China-US trade dispute to the development of biotechnology and related fields in China and their countermeasures |

| Abstract:The China-US trade dispute hasnot only affected the development of economic and trade fields, but also the fields related to medicine, biotechnologyand international cooperation. China needs toadhere to the principle of remaining faithful to its innovation, development and mastery of core technologies. To achieve this, China needs topromote development through open-up and innovation, and support domestic research institutions, production enterprises and clinical institutions to protect their scientific research achievements byapplying for patents and copyrights at domestic and abroad. In addition, China needs to accelerate the implementation of the series of Party Central Committee's policies on scientific and technological innovation, and further study the establishment ofcoordinated scientific and technological policies, market access policies and ethical standards. |
