| 摘要:本文的主要目的是阐释北京市卫生发展综合评价研究的设计思路和评价效果。在分析北京市开展卫生发展绩效评价研究背景的基础上，阐述了北京市卫生发展综合评价的理论框架、评价导向、评价内容、评价指标与方法，介绍了北京市开展卫生发展综合评价的对象、管理实施和激励机制等工作机制，并分析了卫生发展绩效评价效果。最后，提出对北京市卫生发展综合评价研究的一些思考。 |

| Research design and effect of the comprehensive evaluation of Beijing's health development |

| Abstract:The main purpose of this paper is to explain the design of the comprehensive evaluation of Beijing's health development and to analyze its effect.Based on the analysis of the research background of health development performance evaluation in Beijing, this paper expounds the theoretical framework, evaluation orientation, evaluation content, evaluation indicators and method of the comprehensive evaluation of Beijing's health development performance, and introduces the object, implementation and incentive mechanism of the comprehensive evaluation. Then, the effects of the health development performance evaluation are analyzed, andfinally, the author puts forward some suggestionsfor further development of the comprehensive evaluation of Beijing's health development performance. |
