| 摘要:从制度变迁的角度对尤溪县公立医院综合改革的动因与发生机制、主体与动力机制、目标与基本思路、路径与具体过程、成效和问题进行深入分析，认为尤溪县公立医院综合改革的制度变迁具有较好的普遍意义。建议不断优化宏观政策环境，为制度变迁创造条件；进一步完善制度变迁路径，确保制度变迁的可持续性；科学测算，精细管理，增强制度变迁的科学性。 |

| Study of the public hospitals' comprehensive reform in Youxi county, Fujian province: Pathway analysis based on the Institutional Change Theory |

| Abstract:From the perspectives of institutional change, the motivation and occurrence mechanism, stakeholders and their dynamic mechanism, goals and basic ideas, paths and specific processes, achievements and challenges faced by the comprehensive reform of public hospitals in Youxi county are analyzed in depth.The results show that the institutional change in the comprehensive reform of public hospitals in Youxi county has a relative good universal significance. This paper proposes the following recommendations:1) continuously optimize the macro policy environment to create better conditions for the institutional change; 2) further improve the institutional change path to ensure the further sustainability of the institutional change; 3)practice scientific calculation and fine management to enhance the accuracy and scientificity of the institutional change. |
