| 摘要:系统梳理重庆市合川区构建整合型孕产期健康服务体系的实践做法，分析发现其具有整合方案详细、机构功能定位明确、资源统筹合理及整合方式创新等优势，但也存在孕产妇分级就诊引导不到位、机构参与整合服务的积极性不足等问题，建议进一步加强医保和价格措施对孕产妇分级就诊的引导，完善激励机制、人力资源统筹机制，调动体系内相关各方参与整合服务的积极性，为孕产妇提供连续、可及、综合、协调的健康服务。 |

| Abstract:This paper aims to systematically analyze the practice of constructing the integrated maternal health service system in Hechuan district of Chongqing province. The study found the advantages of an integrated maternal health service system, such as detailed integration plan, clear function orientation, appropriate coordination of resources, innovation of organization integration model, etc., but there are still some issues such as the ineffective guidance of maternity classification, insufficient integration initiative of health institutions, etc. This paper proposes that policy-makers should strengthen the health insurance and price measure to guide maternal classification treatment, improve the integration measures of incentive mechanism and human resources integration mechanism, mobilize all stakeholders in the system to enthusiastically participate in the services integration, in order to provide continuous, accessible, comprehensive and coordinated maternal and child health services. |
