摘要:目的:为了分析家庭医生签约阻力,提高签约率。方法:本文选取社区卫生服务中心,通过实地调研与座谈,阐述了基层如何通过签约模式的创新来突破签约率瓶颈。结果:欧阳路街道签约模式的核心要素被提炼为“365”,即“3”个关键环节、“6”项签约措施与“5”种人群分类。该模式以签约率目标为导向、以人群精准分类为基础、以多元化签约措施为手段,家庭医生与居委协同推动,对辖区居民的针对性动员,通过“认知—服务—满意度”的签约拉力机制与“激励—协同”推力机制实现了签约率的突破与维系,健康管理的成效也初步显现。 |

Abstract:Objective:To analyze the hindrance factors of family doctor signing,increase the signing rate.Methods:This paper selected a community health service center to explore how the center responds to the bottleneck of the signing rate by on-the-spot investigation and discussion.Results:Based on group discussion and key personnel interview, the core elements of the signing patternof Ouyang Road Centerwas summarized as "365", i.e."3" key sections, "6" signing measures, and "5" population categories.Targeting the signing rate policy goal, based on accurate classification of people, and using multiple signingmeasures, this pattern hadpromoted targeted mobilization of residents, in collaboration with the two main bodies of family doctors and resident committees. This Pattern hadachieved a breakthrough and maintainedthe signing rate by the "cognitive-service-satisfaction" signing pull mechanism and the "incentive-collaborative" thrust mechanism, while the health management results hadalso showed initial positive results. |
