| 摘要:新中国成立70年来，构建了符合中国特色的基层卫生服务网，基层卫生人员从赤脚医生为主向全科医生和家庭医生团队转变，服务模式从以疾病为中心向以健康为中心转变。历史昭示着未来，新时期将始终坚持以基层为重点的发展趋势，在构建优质、高效的整合型卫生服务体系的过程中，基层将不断发挥其独特优势，更好地提供全方位、全周期的健康服务。 |

| Review and prospect of the primary health care system development over the past 70 years since the founding of China |

| Abstract:Since the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, a primary healthcare system with Chinese characteristics was established, the primary healthcare human resource has changed from Barefoot Doctors to General Practitioners and Family doctors team, and the service model has changed from disease-centered to health-centered as well. In this new era, the history enlightens the future; whereby we will adhere to the development trend focusing on the primary level, promoting the integrated health service system, continuing to give full play with its unique advantages to better provision of Full range and Full cycle healthcare services. |
