| 摘要:目的：构建基于卫生交流合作视角的"一带一路"沿线国家分类指标体系，以便对沿线国家进行合理分类。方法：通过文献研究构建初始的分类指标体系，采用Delphi法对初始指标进行筛选；运用层次分析法确定指标权重。结果：确立了国家分类指标体系，包括一级指标4个：卫生需要与供给、贸易现况与潜力、双边关系、合作风险；二级指标25个，如五岁以下儿童死亡率、双边传统药物进出口总额、高层互访次数、文化差异等。结论：本研究构建的指标体系可以为政府部门选取卫生合作的优先对象或重点领域、医药企业采取合适的经营策略、相关学者开展后续研究提供参考。 |

| Abstract:Objective:To construct a classification index system of countries along "the Belt and Road" based on the perspective of health exchange and cooperation, so as to classify these countries reasonably. Methods:Based on literature research, the initial index system was constructed. Using Delphi expert consultation to screen the initial indexes and determining the index weights through analytic hierarchy process. Results:The country classification index system was established, which includes 4 first-level indexes:health needs and supply, trade status and potential, bilateral relationship, cooperation risk, and 25 second-level indexes, such as Under-five mortality, number of high-level visits. Conclusion:The index system established in this research is scientific and operable, which can provide reference for government departments to select priority cooperation targets, pharmaceutical companies to adopt appropriate business strategies, and relevant scholars to carry out follow-up research. |
