| 摘要:基于2016年北京市养老机构普查数据，采用多元线性回归模型分析养老机构开展医养结合服务对入住率产生的影响。研究结果表明：开展医养结合服务能显著提高养老机构的入住率。与非医养结合养老机构相比，医养结合养老机构的入住率高8.66个百分点。不同医养结合模式提升入住率的能力存在差异，“养内设医”模式提升入住率的能力最强，其次是“绿色通道”模式，“养医合作”模式并不能显著提升养老机构的入住率。因此，养老机构应借助医养结合政策的东风，结合自身优势提升专业护理水平和医疗服务能力，以此来赢得老年人的青睐，破解“低入住率”发展困境。 |

| Can pension institutions increase occupancy rate by combining medical care? Take Beijing as an example |

| Abstract:This paper is aimed at analyzing the impacts of pension institutions combined with medical care on occupancy rate based on the 2016 Census Data for pension Institutions in Beijing，using multiple linear regression model.The study results showed that pension institutions can significantly increase the occupancy rate by combining medical care. The occupancy rate of pension institutions with medical care is 8.66 percentage points higher than that of non-medical care. There is a difference in the ability to improve occupancy rates of different models of combination of medical care. It was found that the model of setting up a medical institution inside the pension institution works best, followed by the model of pension institution enjoying the green channel of the hospital, and the model of cooperation between pension and medical institutions has no significant effect. Therefore, in order to overcome the low occupancy rate, the pension institution should increase the occupancy rate through the combination of medical care. |
