摘要:提高医疗服务水平是提升医院整体服务能力、给予患者良好就医体验的关键环节,也是现代医院管理制度改革中的一项重要内容。基于DRG的医疗服务绩效评价体系具有客观公正、应用灵活的特点,是我国开展医疗服务绩效评价的最优选择。本文分析了当下我国对客观合理评价体系的需求现状,从总体路径入手展开设计,同时对数据收集、编码操作、多维度绩效评价三个关键环节做了进一步分析,并提出了我国建立起该评价体系所需的客观条件,为相关政策设计提供借鉴。 |

Abstract:The improvement of medical service levels is a major key to the enhancement of hospitals' overall service ability and provides patients with favorable medical experiences. It is also an important part in the reform of modern hospitals management systems.The performance evaluation system based on DRG has the characteristics of objective justice and flexible application, which is the best choice to carry out medical service performance appraisal in China.This paper analyzes the current situation of China's demand for an objective and reasonable evaluation system starting with the overall path of design, and further analyzes the three key links of data collection, coding operation and multi-dimensional performance evaluation.Therefore, the required objective conditions were put forward for the establishment of anevaluation system in China, which provides reference for the design of relevant policies. |
