| 摘要:探索基本医疗卫生与公共卫生服务的整合是创新医疗卫生服务模式和完善公共卫生服务项目的重要课题之一。本文介绍了近年来国际上关于基本医疗卫生与公共卫生服务整合代表性的理论框架，对世界卫生组织、欧洲和美国整合的原则、模式和典型案例进行了总结和分析。结合目前我国对于医防融合的发展需求，为促进我国基本医疗卫生与公共卫生服务的整合提出以下建议：（1）加强基本医疗卫生服务人员公共卫生能力的建设；（2）加快基本医疗卫生与公共卫生信息化的建设；（3）促进社区参与基本医疗卫生与公共卫生服务的整合。 |

| International experiences and implications of the integration of primary care and public health |

| Abstract:Exploring the integration of primary care and public health is one of important elements to innovate health services models and improve public health services. This study introduces a classic conceptual framework for the integration of primary care and public health and summarizes the principles, models, and case studies of the integration in the recent reports from the World Health Organization, Europe, and the United States. According to the international experiences and the current demand for the development of the integration in China, this study has several suggestions:(1) it should strengthen the public health capacity building of primary care professionals; (2) it should accelerate the informatization of primary care and public health; (3) community should participate in the integration of primary care and public health. |
