摘要:目的:通过分析在线问诊患者特征和代理患者提问等现象的特点,发现在线医疗发展模式中存在的问题,并提出政策建议。方法:抓取丁香医生平台在线问诊服务的医患交流文本等信息,结合线下医院数据,通过文本挖掘、数理统计等方法进行实证分析。结果:不同于线下医院老年患者居多,丁香医生平台以青壮年用户为主,代问比例为26.74%,与患者年龄呈U型关系;2020年第二季度以来,平台青年和中老年患者数量均有下降趋势。结论:中老年患者主要通过亲友代问参与在线问诊,且整体使用率较低;在线医疗社区存在较严重的用户流失问题,应深入发掘目标用户需求,提升用户留存率和活跃度。 |

Abstract:Objective:To analyze the characteristics of patients and agent consultation in online healthcare community (OHC). To find the problems in the development model of OHC and put forward policy suggestions. Methods:The crawl programming is programmed to capture and analyze the doctor-patient communication text from dxy.com website by means of text mining and mathematical statistics. Results:The platform's patients are mainly middle-aged and younger, which is different from offline. The agent consultation rate is 26.74%, which showed a U-relationship with the age of patients. The number of adult patients after April 2020 had a downward trend. Conclusion; Elderly patients mainly participate in online consultation through relatives and friends, whose utilization rate is rather low; User loss is a serious problem in online healthcare community. The needs of target users should be well explored to improve user retention and activity. |
