| 摘要:中国特色社会主义医疗保障道路的百年探索与马克思主义中国化进程相辅相成，经历了新民主主义革命时期的初步萌芽、社会主义革命和建设时期的制度构建、改革开放和社会主义现代化建设新时期的改革探索、中国特色社会主义新时代的提质增效四个发展阶段。中国共产党领导的医疗保障事业取得了举世瞩目的伟大成就，历史经验表明，医疗保障事业发展要坚持党的领导和马克思主义理念引领，坚持人民性、公益性，立足国情和主要矛盾施策，注重渐进式改革和地方探索实践的方法原则，以系统整体观统筹医疗保障与其它领域协同发展。 |

| Abstract:Medical security has gotten continuous development during the process of Marxism Sinicization.Over the past 100 years, medical security has experienced four development stages and has achieved great achievements under the leadership of the Communist Party of China (CPC).Historical experience has shown that the development of medical security should adhere to the leadership of the CPC, adhere to the Marxist theory, adhere to the affinity to the people and public interest of medical security, implement policies based on the national conditions and basic contradictions, pay attention to gradual reforms and local exploration, and coordinate medical security and other fields with a systematic and holistic view. |
