| 摘要:使用中国健康与养老追踪调查2011年的数据，运用分层序次probit模型对我国老年人自评健康的有效性进行了探讨，发现我国老年人的自评健康指标受社会人口特征和社会经济地位影响，存在一定程度的切点偏移，在一些研究中忽视这种偏误可能会误导研究结果。相比于中年人，老年人受到自身社会经济和人口特征影响而发生切点偏移的程度更轻；在询问客观健康问题过后，老年人的自评健康指标切点偏移情况也有明显的改善。总体来看，自评健康指标在我国老龄调查中的效度良好，能够稳定准确地测量老年人的基本健康状况。 |

| Study on the validity of the self-rated health indicators of the elderly population in China |

| Abstract:Based on the CHARLS2011 baseline data, the validity of the self-rated health indicators of the elderly population in China was studied by using Hierarchical Order Probit model.The results show that the self-rated health index of the elderly in China is influenced by the characteristics of social population and social economic status, and there is cut-point deviation to some extent, ignoring this bias in some studies can be misleading.But older people are less affected by their socio-economic and demographic characteristics than are middle-aged people, and after asking objective health questions, the cut-off point shift of self-rated health indicators in the elderly group were also significantly improved.Therefore, in general, the validity of the self-rated health indicators in China's aging survey are good, and the basic health status of the elderly can be measured stably and accurately. |
