| 摘要:中国面临日益严峻的老龄化趋势，居家社区医养结合服务成为我国实现健康老龄化的主要策略之一。本文从健康老龄化理念出发，简要介绍了国内外应对健康老龄化的发展趋势，重点分析了我国医养结合服务政策进展、居家社区医养结合服务实践及发展面临的挑战，为我国进一步促进居家社区医养结合服务发展、实现健康老龄化目标提供决策支持。 |

| The trend and strategy of integrated medical and elderly care services in China |

| Abstract:China is confronting a serious social problem of aging. One of the most important strategies to achieve healthy aging is to develop community-dwelling integrated medical and health care. Based on the concept of healthy aging, this study aims to describe and analyze the development trend of healthy aging strategies in China and abroad, explore the development of China's policies in community-dwelling integrated medical and health care services, so as the challenges it faces and provide references for policy-making to promote the development of community-dwelling integrated medical and health care services and achieve the goal of healthy aging. |
