| 摘要:东盟是中国对外交流与合作最紧密的地区之一，公共卫生安全是中国和东盟国家共同关注的战略重点，如何与东盟开展公共卫生安全合作、提高中国参与区域公共卫生安全治理水平，是深化中国—东盟战略伙伴关系的当务之急。本文通过分析东盟公共卫生安全战略政策及合作行动，梳理东盟组织架构及卫生合作机制、中国—东盟公共卫生安全合作及工作重点，分析中国—东盟公共卫生安全合作的特点与面临的挑战，针对未来中国加强与东盟的公共卫生安全合作提供策略建议。 |

| Abstract:ASEAN is one of the regions with which China has the closest foreign exchanges and cooperation. As public health security is a strategic focus of both China and ASEAN countries, China's cooperation with ASEAN in public health security and its improvement in administering regional public health security is an urgent task in deepening China-ASEAN strategic partnership. This paper analyzes strategic policies and cooperative actions of ASEAN on public health security, reviews its organizational structure and cooperation mechanism in the field of health and brushes up priorities of cooperations between China and ASEAN in public health security, so as to see clearly characteristics and challenges of the cooperation and put forward corresponding strategic suggestions for China to strengthen its cooperation with ASEAN in the future. |
