| 摘要:文章分析了我国传染病的流行情况，从法律法规体系、联防联控机制、防治机构、监测预警系统、疫苗研发、筹资机制等方面对我国传染病防控体系进行系统梳理。从综合防治策略、监测预警能力、加强实验室检测技术和实验室网络、完善传染病防控机制、加强人才队伍建设、稳定防控经费投入、加大科技创新支撑、加强国际交流合作等八个方面提出现代化传染病防控体系建设发展的建议，供决策参考借鉴。 |

| A study on the epidemic status and prevention and control system of infectious diseases in China |

| Abstract:This article analyzes the epidemic situation of infectious diseases in China, the new situation and new challenges it faces. a systematic sorting of China’s infectious disease prevention and control system is conducted from aspects such as the legal system, joint prevention and control mechanism, prevention and treatment institutions, monitoring and early warning system, vaccine research and development, as well as financing mechanism. Suggestions for the construction and development of a modernized infectious disease prevention and control system are put forward from eight aspects such as comprehensive prevention strategies and monitoring and early warning capabilities, strengthening laboratory testing technology and laboratory network, improving the prevention and control mechanism of infectious diseases, strengthening the construction of human resources, stabilizing the funding investment, increasing scientific and technological innovation support, strengthening international exchange and cooperation, and references are provided for decision-making. |
