| 摘要:目的：了解企业医院在转制的现状及存在的问题。方法：对省、市卫生行政人员与医院管理人员进行了半结构访谈。结果：企业医院在转制的过程中还存在诸多问题，最突出的问题是资金和人员安置问题。本文在最后还为企业医院转制提供了一些政策建议。 |
