| 摘要:“5·12”汶川大地震给我国造成了巨大损失，甘肃省是受灾省份之一。本文在现场调查的基础上，对甘肃省的灾情进行描述，对灾后紧急医疗救助实施情况进行分析总结，为未来出现同类情况提供借鉴；同时通过征询民政、卫生、财政等部门对灾后实施的紧急医疗救助的看法，在分析后续医疗需求的基础上，提出完善我国紧急医疗救助的政策建议。 |

| Abstract:“5·12” Wenchuan earthquake caused a great loss to China. Gansu Province is one of the affected provinces. The objectives of the paper are to provide references for the future by describing the disaster condition and summarizing the implementation of emergency medical assistance, and to provide the evidences for perfecting the emergency medical assistant policy by analyzing the lateral medical demand and interviewing civil affairs, health, financial and other departments. |
