| 摘要:本文通过对2007年澳大利亚昆士兰州工作场所健康与安全监督员岗前培训的内容进行深入分析，发现该培训内容涵盖了相关法律法规的概述、法律程序的模拟应用、专业知识技能的详细讲解及考试。其中专业知识讲授采用特色的“三明治”模式，即对专业知识在传统分类培训的基础上，将各类知识按照理论讲授、岗位实践与作业评估的模式来培训。昆州的健康与安全监督员岗前培训模式经过多年的效果评估及改进完善，已形成固定的标准模式，可为完善我国职业卫生监督员的岗前培训工作提供借鉴。 |

| An introduction to the pre job training of workplace health and safety inspector in Queensland, Australia |

| Abstract:This article introduces the pre job training of Workplace Health and Safety Inspector (WHSI) in Queensland, Australia in 2007. It finds that this training includes an overview of relevant legislation and applications of implementing the roles, foundation skills and knowledge lecturing and examining. There is a unique “Sandwich” pattern for skills and knowledge teaching, in which theories are taught one type after another in classroom, combining with on job practice and homework assessments respectively. The pre job training of WHSI in Queensland, Australia has formed its standard pattern after years of evaluation and improvement, so it can be used as a source of reference for improving our pre job training of occupational health inspector. |
