| 摘要:利用2005年全国卫生人力资源基本信息调查数据，描述分析了我国医疗卫生领域高职称、高学历人才的科研、留学、培训等状况，发现我国高职称、高学历卫生人才科研资助力度不足、海外留学背景较少、后续教育工作有待进一步提高，分析原因并提出相应的政策措施，以期为加强我国高层次卫生人才培养提供依据。 |

| Analysis on the training status of the staffs with high academic degrees or high professional and technical positions in health sector of China |

| Abstract:In this paper, we describe the training status of the staffs with high academic degrees or high professional and technical positions in health sector based on the data derived from the National Health Human Recourses Survey in 2005, including the research projects they undertook, their overseas education experience and training status. We find that financial support for those higher talent groups is quite low; those people who have overseas education experience is few; and more further job training should be strengthened. We also analyze the reasons and propose the relevant policy suggestions in order to provide evidences for high talents training planning. |
