| 摘要:新型农村合作医疗制度自2003年试点推行以来，取得了令人瞩目的成绩。伴随着新农合筹资标准的逐步提高，制度的受益人次、基金使用效率和实际补偿比也明显提高。2010年，新型农村合作医疗的筹资最低达到人均每年150元的标准，对制度的补偿提出了新的要求，因而必须通过科学调整补偿模式、合理分配基金的使用比例、加大对重大疾病的补助等来提升新型农村合作医疗制度的实际效果。 |

| The thought in the design of the compensation after increasing the financing of New Rural Cooperative Medical Scheme |

| Abstract:The New Rural Cooperative Medical Scheme(NRCMS) has been made remarkable achievements since 2003 when it has been piloted. With rising the financing of NRCMS standards, it has gradually increased the system beneficiaries people. In addition, the actual compensation fund efficiency and the actual compensation ratios have been obviously improved. The financing of the NRCMS standard will be reached 150 Yuan per person per year in 2010. This leads to a new requirement of how to scientifically adjust compensation, appropriately allocate the use of funds, and to increase the subsidies to the catastrophic disease expenses, which could improve the effectiveness of NRCMS. |
