摘要:目的:通过分析乡镇卫生院人员对各项非经济激励因素的满意度,为制定符合农村卫生人员实情的激励措施提供依据。方法:定量调查和定性访谈相结合。结果:除工作环境满意度外,样本地区乡镇卫生院人员对其他非经济激励因素的不满意度都较高。结论: 上级卫生部门以及乡镇卫生院自身应重视非经济激励因素的作用,努力消除员工的不满,促进员工的工作积极性。 |

Abstract:Objective: This article is to analyze the satisfaction on non financial incentive factors of township health center personnel, and to provide evidence for formulating incentive measures conform to the practical situation of rural health personnel. Methods: In this study, we used both quantitative survey and qualitative interview. Result: Apart from the satisfaction on working environment, the proportion of those who felt unsatisfactory about the other non financial incentive factors is higher than those who felt satisfactory among township health center personnel of both sample districts. Conclusion: Superior health authorities and township health center itself must pay attention to the impacts of non financial incentive factors, so as to improve personnel’s satisfaction and motivation. |
