| 摘要:为全面加强农村食品药品安全监管，国家食品药品监管局政策法规司课题组在掌握总体情况的基础上，对典型地区的农村食品药品安全形势进行全面调研。研究从监管对象、监管力量和监管环境三个方面分析了目前农村食品药品监管领域存在的四个主要问题：监管对象生产力水平低、关系食品药品安全的关键环节存在严重隐患、农村食品药品监管的资源十分有限、农村群众自我保护能力严重不足。研究提出了在“十二五”期间，从六个方面着手加强农村食品药品监管的对策建议。 |

| The current situation of food and drug safety supervision in rural China and its reference to the policy |

| Abstract:In order to strengthen the food and drug safety administration of rural areas in an all round way, the research team of Department of Policy and Regulations of the State Food and Drug Administration conducted a comprehensive research to address food and drug safety situation in typical rural region based on the general information. This article analyzes four major issues with the aspects of the objects in terms of regulation, regulatory capability and regulatory environments. The productivity is poor, the key steps of food and drug safety have hidden hazard, the resource of regulation is very limited, and the self protection capability of the rural masses is very low. Then the recommendations on how to enhance food and drug administration in rural areas from six aspects during the 12th Five Year Plan period has been proposed. |
