摘要:目的:通过分析当前基层和公共卫生人员工作偏好,为建立合理的基层卫生激励机制提供依据。方法:基于离散选择实验的方法,利用条件Logistic回归进行分析。结果:所有纳入分析的工作属性都具有统计学意义,基层和公共卫生人员在做出工作选择时,不仅考虑收入,还会考虑其他非经济因素,如工作条件、职业发展机会等。收入提高是当前基层和公共卫生人员最重要的偏好。结论:为了留住和吸引卫生人员在基层工作,政策制定者需要切实改善基层和公共卫生人员的工资待遇,同时采取其它非经济激励措施,提高他们的工作积极性。 |

The job preferences of primary care providers in China |

Abstract:Objectives: This article is to analyze the job preferences of primary care providers (PCPs) in China, and to provide evidence for formulating incentive measures conforming to the health care providers in grass root settings. Methods: Conditional Logistic Regression was used to analyze data based on Discrete Choice Experiments. Results: All attributes, not only income but also non pecuniary factors, had a statistically significant influence on job preferences of PCPs. However, PCPs did enjoy an increase in income the most. Conclusions: In order to retain and attract PCPs, policy makers should improve their compensation and benefits, and also other non pecuniary factors. |
