| 摘要:随着药品集中带量采购的常态化开展，医药行业市场格局发生重大改变。作为制药行业中的弱势企业，中小药企面临的困境不容忽视。中小药企具有创新意愿强、结构精简、转型容易等优势，也有资金少、人才缺乏等劣势。文章首先阐述中小药企发展现状，然后运用波特五力模型和AHP-SWOT分析法分别从外部环境和内部环境对中小药企的竞争战略进行分析，得出中小药企最优竞争战略为扭转型战略。最后，根据研究结果提出相应建议，以应对带量采购背景下中小药企所面临的困境，探寻中小药企发展之路。 |

| Abstract:With the general implementation of centralized volume-based drug procurement policy, the structure of the pharmaceutical industry market has changed tremendously. As a vulnerable group in the pharmaceutical industry, the difficulties faced by small and medium pharmaceutical enterprises shall not be ignored. Small and medium pharmaceutical enterprises have the advantages of strong willingness of innovation, simplified structure and low difficulty in transformation, but also have disadvantages such as lack of funds and talents. This work first articulated the current development situation of small and medium pharmaceutical enterprises, and then analyzed the competition strategies of small and medium pharmaceutical enterprises both from the external and internal environments by using Porter's Five Forces Model and AHP-SWOT, which concluded the optimal strategy to be WO strategy. Lastly, suggestions were raised according to the research results to deal with the difficulties faced by small and medium pharmaceutical enterprises under the background of centralized volume-based drug procurement and to explore the route of development for small and medium pharmaceutical enterprises. |
